Return Policy

 

A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns and exchanges.
All return requests must be pre-authorized by emailing Nationwide Text directly at
[email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number along with proper return instructions.  Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number may be discarded and may not be eligible to receive a refund.  All returns and exchanges must be in the original condition in which it was sold (i.e. sealed packages must remain sealed/all accessories must remain intact, etc.).  Nationwide Text reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return.

 

30-Day return period.
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation.

 

Restocking fee.
A restocking fee (which can be up to 25% of the selling price) may be charged upon final processing of the returned item(s).  Please review the exceptions below:

  • The item(s) purchased does not match the description (totally different item)
  • The item(s) purchased is defective/damaged

 

The restocking fee is determined by the condition of the returned item(s).

 

Refund method.


Refunds will be in the same form as original purchase.  All refunds will be processed by the originating vendor/website (ABEbooks, Alibris, Amazon, Biblio, Half, Nationwide Text, TextbooksRus, Valore, etc.).
